Euroweb Romania takes one more step in mentaining a HR policy based on the transparency pcrinciple

“We have expectations related to the results of implementing this applications, but which are in accordance with the objectives set up together with our partners from TotalSoft”, declares Raluca Neculae, the Human Resources Director of Euroweb România. “Thus, we consider that by the end of the implementation process we should obtain an effective solution to manage all data related to employees, training and assessment programmes.  We wish that the implemented application facilitates the maintenance of a coherent salary grid. An important aspect we also rely on is the management of assessment sessions and correlating results with salaries and benefit packages”.

The decision to find a solution to automate HR processes comes as a result of the human resources policy adopted and promoted by Euroweb România ever since the beginning of 2007, a policy based on the principle of transparency to employees. While the organisation developed, it became necessary to adopt solutions to promote the company’s communication both externally and internally. Among the actions took during 2007 in the field of human resources, it is to highlight the design of a coherent internal communication plan, which is applicable starting 2008, an action that already enjoys positive results.
